This salad dressing can be used in a myriad of ways; it's terrific on salad greens, cold roast chicken or shrimp. It can also be used as a light dip for vegetables or on sandwiches in place of mayonnaise. Best of all, it will not turn brown and keeps for several days in the refrigerator.

ripe, fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and mashed

Greek nonfat yogurt

mayonnaise

Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blend the avocado, buttermilk, yogurt, mayonnaise, water, lime juice and Dijon mustard in the blender on low to medium speed, until smooth. Taste for seasoning and add salt and more lime juice, if desired.
