A little mashing and a lot of character come with this dish. It’s packed with tons of texture and the high-flavored stir-ins of cilantro and jalapeño chile make it pop with great taste!

2 ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded, and roughly mashed 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1 jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup chopped grape tomatoes
  1. Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes in a medium bowl. Gently stir in tomatoes.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to 24 hours for peak flavor and texture.

Yield (Liquid): 2 cups total

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
