A combination of spicy and sweet, creamy and cool, this salsa is simply delightful. Good source of Vitamin C.
Dulcinea Pureheart® Mini Seedless Watermelon, chopped
ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
fresh cilantro, minced
tablespoon jalapeño peppers (2 or 3 medium), chopped
green bell peppers, chopped
green onions, chopped
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
- Serve with corn or potato chips.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
