Instructions
- Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Immediately mix in remaining ingredients; serve immediately.
Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.

Simply the best
This really is a great guacamole recipe. My hint -- start with the number of avocados you want to have and work from there. All recipes require a bit of tweaking, especially as avocado sizes range. So chop up all your "stuff" in small bowls, as per the recipe, mash your avocados and add. Hold off on the tomatoes and lime (or whatever else you are unsure about) just in case you have too much. Make sure no flavor dominates. Another way to make the recipe work is to hold one avocado back, put all your spices in and see if you need to balance. I love this recipe!

BEST GUACAMOLE EVER
I checked this out and I would say that the recipe calls out too much lime. I would recommend cutting back to one.
BTW: Can't be the best unless you only use fresh ingredients. But I'm sure its real good.

Best Guacamole ever
Just finished making up a batch of this and it was awesome! Nice fresh flavor that has a lot of debt, but doesn't over power you. Five star in my book!
