AVOCADO SPINACH MANDARIN SALAD

Makes a wonderful, quick salad to serve 10 people or more.

bags of Spinach leafs

can of Mandarin Oranges, drained

ripe avocados

pkg. of chopped walnuts (optional)

bottle of Raspberry Vinegarette dressing
Instructions
- In large salad bowl put two bags of spinach leafs, add mandarin oranges drained, add pkg. of chopped walnuts, pour raspberry vinegarette dressing over all of this and mix.
- Add sliced avocados across the top of the salad and serve.
- (You can substitute sliced almonds for walnuts, if preferred).
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
