cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quarters if large

finely diced hot house cucumber, seeded (do not peel)

pitted Kalamata olives, chopped

finely crumbled Feta cheese

chopped, fresh marjoram or oregano
Instructions
- Coarsely mash (DO NOT PUREE) California avocados; stir in lemon juice. Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve with toasted pita bread.
- Guacamole is best made as close to service as possible. Store in an airtight container with plastic wrap against the surface.
