Aromatic shallots and tarragon and a little dry vermouth are flavors that shine together with California Avocados in this guacamole. Served with toasted baguettes and it can feel like you’re at a café in Paris.

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados* 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp. minced shallot 3 Tbsp. dry vermouth 2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped, or 1 Tbsp. dried tarragon 1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
  1. Gently combine all ingredients and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with toasted baguette slices.

Beverage Pairings:
Champagne.

Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap directly against the surface of the guacamole.
