BURNT BUTTER AND CALIFORNIA AVOCADO PASTA

California Avocado cut and diced

feta cheese grated

All other ingredients are optional (Put in whatever you like and as much as you like - these are my favorites)

Instructions
- Cook and drain pasta according to instructions on box or your preference.
- In small pan simmer butter and garlic until butter almost burns.
- Pour immediately over drained pasta noodles.
- Gently toss in 1/2 of the avocado and feta cheese.
- Toss in any other ingredients you wish to add.
- Serve and top with remaining avocado and feta cheese.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
