6 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled 1/2 onion, chopped 1 large clove garlic, crushed 1 small tomato, diced 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 2 green chiles, diced 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  1. In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with crisp tortilla chips.

Beverage Pairings: Excellent with ice cold beer.

To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the Guacamole and refrigerate.
