GRILLED SWORDFISH WITH CALIFORNIA AVOCADO GRAPEFRUIT SALSA

Instructions
- Mix oil, garlic, cumin and salt.
- Rub mixture on swordfish steaks, reserve.
- PER SERVING: Grill 1 swordfish steak until just firm to the touch, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Top with 1/2 cup California Avocado Grapefruit Salsa. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
