Comments
Wow!
I was really impressed by the recipe. I'm a serious critic when it comes to oatmeal raisin, and my gosh did these deliver! Slightly crunchy outer texture with an amazingly soft, chewy, and delectable center! I did modify the recipe a bit: I used 100% wheat flour and about 3/4 a stick of butter.
I would highly recommend adding 1 T. cinnamon, 1 tsp. nutmeg, and 1 T vanilla for a bit more flavour as well.
Enjoy!
