Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Hawaiian sweet bread (or your favorite bread)
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 3 large slices of medium sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons of Major Grey Chutney

Instructions

  1. Peel and seed avocado.
  2. Mash avocado with a fork until coarsely mashed. Place avocado mash on bread.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese. Spread other slice of bread with chutney.
  4. Combine into sandwich and enjoy.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
