Ras al hanout seasoning, the signature spice blend from Morocco, is the star of this flavorful guacamole - along with California Avocados, of course! 


Serves: 8

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed
1 Tbsp. ras al hanout seasoning blend
2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange zest
1 small tomato, diced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, or spearmint, optional
1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Gently combine avocado, ras al hanout, juice, zest, tomato, herbs and salt.
  2. Garnish and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion: Top with slices of preserved or pickled lemon (available online) and serve with sesame seed crackers or fresh veggies.
