Hatch Chile Guacamole


This easy guacamole made with California Avocados and Melissa’s “Don Enrique” Hot Hatch Chile Powder makes it easy to enjoy a delicious New Mexico-style guacamole at any time.


Serves: 8

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
2 cloves Melissa's Peeled Garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
2 Roma Tomatoes, ends trimmed; diced
2 limes, juiced
2 tsp. Melissa's "Don Enrique" Hot Hatch Chile Powder

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mash and mix until smooth and creamy.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with chips or use as a spread for delicious sandwiches.
