Start cooking

Serves: 4

|
2 Fresh California Avocados peeled, seeded and mashed 1 1/2 Tbsp. malt vinegar 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Maldon salt, or to taste 1/2 cup shelled, fresh English peas, if not available, substitute thawed frozen peas
  1. Gently combine avocados, vinegar and Worcestershire. Salt to taste reserving a few flakes.
  2. Top with peas and reserved salt flakes and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with classic fish and chips.

Beverage Pairing: British ale.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
