You can make up these delicious snacks in minutes with just three ingredients: California Avocados, Milton’s® Crackers and Gourmet Garden™ Herbs and Spices.

1/4 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocados
2 Milton’s® Original Multigrain or Everything Crackers
As needed Garden Avocado Bites Variation
2 Milton’s® Orginal Multigrain Crackers
1/4 medium California Avocado
1/2 tsp. Dill Paste Gourmet Garden
1/4 Persian Cucumber, diced
As needed Garlic-Herb Avocado Spread on Crackers Variation
1/4 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocados
2 Milton’s® Original Multigrain or Everything Crackers
1/2 tsp. each Gourmet Garden™ Chunky Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp. Gourmet Garden Italian Herb Paste
As needed Spicy Avocado Stars Variation
1/4 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocados
2 Milton’s® Original Multigrain or Everything Crackers
1 tsp. Gourmet Garden™ Chili Paste

1/4 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocados
2 Milton’s® Original Multigrain or Everything Crackers
1/4 tsp. Gourmet Garden Basil Paste
1/4 tsp. Gourmet Garden™ Chili Paste
1/4 tsp. Lemongrass Gourmet Garden rough
1/4 tsp. Gourmet Garden Chunky Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp. Unsalted Roasted Peanuts

Instructions

Simple California Avoccado Cracker Snacks Instructions:

Spread mashed California Avocado on two Milton’s® crackers.

Garden Avocado Bites Variation Instructions:

Combine ¼ diced Persian cucumber, avocado, ½ tsp. lemon juice ½ tsp. Gourmet Garden™ Dill Paste and salt to taste; spread on crackers.

Garlic-Herb Avocado Spread on Crackers Variation Instructions:

Mash together California Avocado with ½ tsp. each Gourmet Garden™ Chunky Garlic Paste and Italian Herb paste. Spread on Milton’s® crackers.

Spicy Avocado Stars Variation Instructions:

Using small cookie cutters, cut star shapes out of ¼” California Avocado slices. The number of cut out California Avocado Stars will vary based the size of your cookie cutters. (Tip: the rounded end opposite the avocado stem is a good area for large round slices. Just cut off a small round, then cut additional slices until you reach the seed.) Spread about 1 tsp. Gourmet Garden™ Chili Paste on Milton’s® crackers and top with the stars.

Spicy Thai Avocado Snacks Variation Instructions:

Mash California Avocado together with 1/4 tsp. each of the following Gourmet Garden™ Herbs and spices: Basil, Chili, Lemongrass and Garlic. Add additional chili paste or any of the other seasonings to taste. Spread on Milton’s® crackers and top with ½ tsp. finely chopped unsalted roasted peanuts.

Mediterranean Avocado Bites Variation Instructions:

Spread ½ tsp. each Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Paste and Basil Paste on two slices of ripe tomato. Place tomato slices on Milton’s® crackers and top with a fan of sliced California Avocado.
