Avocado Salad


Delicious, light avocado salad. Serve with your bbq meats or fish


Serves: 4

As needed 1 Avocado cut in 6 pieces- lengthwise
As needed 1 red onion cut in thinly slices
mg 2 tomatoes chopped , seeds removed
mg 2 or 3 tablespoons of parsley or cilantro leaves (washed and pat dry)
As needed Salt and pepper to taste
As needed olive oil

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

cut avocado lengthwise peel skin off, arrange on platter, top with chopped tomatoes, red onion slices and parsley or cilantro leaves. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste. Serve cold or at room temp. Great with bbq meats or fish.
