Simply Summer Avocado Salad


A savory yet quick and tasty recipe you can throw together as a side with dinner.


Serves: 6

As needed 2 avocados, halved, then chopped into bite size pieces
As needed 1 large ripe tomato, diced
As needed 1/3 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
As needed 2T olive oil
As needed 2T balsamic vinegar

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

Toss all ingredients together. Enjoy! The ingredients are flexible. Avocado goes well with whatever is on hand. Add a pinch of lime, salt or cilantro if you prefer.
