Avocado and Mango Salsa


2012 California Avocado "All American Recipe Contest" First Prize Winner! This is a fun, simple and colorful recipe, it will add a special touch to almost anything.


Serves: 4

1 avocado
1 mango
1 small tomato
1/4 red onion
1 serrano chile
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1/2 lime, juiced
As needed Salt, to taste

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

Dice everything everything except for the lime =) Once everything is cut up, put it in a medium size bowl squeeze the lime on top and mix everything gently and just add salt to taste and you are ready to go... Enjoy!
