Dulcinea Pureheart® Watermelon Salsa with California Avocados


A combination of spicy and sweet, creamy and cool, this salsa is simply delightful. Good source of Vitamin C.


Serves: 8

3 cups Dulcinea Pureheart® Mini Seedless Watermelon, chopped
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon jalapeño peppers (2 or 3 medium), chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
  3. Serve with corn or potato chips.
