California Avocado Sourdough Toast


Spread a little sunshine on your morning toast. 


Serves: 1

1 small slice sourdough bread
2 tsp. Dijon mustard, optional
1/4 ripe, Fresh California Avocado
As needed Sea salt, to taste

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Toast bread as desired.
  2. Meanwhile, mash the avocado. Spread mustard on hot toast, then spread with the mashed avocado. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
