Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados.

  1. Preheat Panini Grill to 375°F.
  2. Slice each focaccia roll in half horizontally, and separate the halves.
  3. Divide ham, avocado and cheese evenly into two portions. On the bottom half of each focaccia roll, layer half the cheese, avocado and ham. Spread horseradish sauce on top half of each roll, and assemble each sandwich.
  4. Set each sandwich into the Panini Grill and press down gently. Grill 1-2 minutes. Check for grill marks and toasted color, then remove from grill, slice in half and serve.
