Peachy Avocados


Fresh California Avocados and sweet ripe peaches make a tasty homemade baby food.


Serves: 1

3 peaches
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Peel, pit and cut peaches into chunks.
  2. Steam peaches gently until tender if needed for baby.
  3. Peel, seed and cut avocado into chunks.
  4. Place fruits in a blender/food processor and puree until smooth or mash with a fork and let baby try to use a spoon or her fingers.

Note: adjust the recipe amount based on your baby’s age and appetite.
