Berry Walnut and Avocado Spring Salad


Fresh California Avocados and berries, plus nuts, golden raisins and bleu cheese top delicate baby lettuces.


Serves: 4

1 (5-oz.) pkg. spring mix salad
3/4 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
1/3 cup glazed walnuts
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/3 cup bleu cheese crumbles
4 oz. raspberry walnut dressing

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. In a medium bowl toss together spring mix salad, strawberries, walnuts and raisins.
  2. Top with ripe, Fresh California Avocado and bleu cheese crumbles. Drizzle lightly with dressing just prior to serving and pass dressing with salad.
