1/2 of a ripe Fresh California Avocado
1 1/2 cups mango nectar
1/2 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Puree ingredients together in a blender
  2. Garnish with a mint sprig.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
