4 California Avocados
1 cup finely crumbled, fresh, white goat cheese
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped, toasted pistachio nuts
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 large cloves garlic, chopped finely

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Coarsely mash (DO NOT PUREE) California avocados. Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve with assorted vegetables.
  2. Guacamole is best made as close to service as possible. Store in an airtight container with plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
