4 California Avocados
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 cup finely diced fresh mango
1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple, well-drained
1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt

  1. Coarsely mash (DO NOT PUREE) California avocados. Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve with plantain chips.
