Creamy, fruity milkshake with a kick of cinnamon and nutmeg.


Serving Size: 1

1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 oz. low fat milk
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and halved
1 1/3 cups frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
As needed Whipped Cream

  1. Put ice cream, milk, avocado, and strawberries into blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into tall serving glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
Serving Suggestions:
Sprinkle extra nutmeg on the whipped cream if desired.
