Fresh, fruit and frosty!


Serves: 4

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, halved and peeled
6 cups mango nectar
2 cups crushed ice
As needed Sugar, to taste
4 mint sprigs for garnish, optional

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting.

  1. Puree avocado with juice. Taste and add sugar if desired; chill.
  2. Pour over crushed ice in a tall glass; garnish with mint sprigs.
