1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 (6 oz. each) swordfish steaks
As needed Cilantro sprigs as needed for garnish
As needed California Avocado Grapefruit Salsa
2 doz. ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, garlic, cumin and salt.
  2. Rub mixture on swordfish steaks, reserve.
  3. PER SERVING: Grill 1 swordfish steak until just firm to the touch, about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup California Avocado Grapefruit Salsa. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
