1 ripe Fresh California Avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced 1 cup diced strawberries 1/3 cup diced mango 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced 1/4 cup diced red onion 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1 tsp. honey, or more to taste 1 lime, juiced As needed Kosher salt, to taste
  1. In a large bowl, combine avocado, strawberries, mango, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, honey, lime juice and salt, to taste.
  2. Serve immediately.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
