Avocado Crab Pizza with Fireworks Sauce

Avocado and crab pizza with tangy pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese on naan bread. Top with my original spicy sauce, Fireworks sauce.

2 (4.4 oz.) Tandoor Baked Naan Breads 1 1/2 cups canned crab meat, drained 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise, divided 3 Tbsp. Tomato ketchup 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, grated 1/2 tsp. dried basil As needed Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp. grated garlic Fireworks Sauce 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together crab and 4 Tbsp. of mayonnaise.
  3. Make pizza sauce: In a small bowl, mix together remaining mayonnaise, ketchup, soy sauce, grated garlic and dried basil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. On each naan bread, spread pizza sauce, arrange avocado slices and crab meat mixture, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top evenly and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. In the meantime, make Fireworks sauce. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, grated garlic and cayenne powder.
  6. When both pizzas have baked, take the baking sheet out of the oven and pour the sauce over the top of each pizza.

Serving Suggestion: Cut into wedges to serve as snacks or appetizers.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
