This classic guacamole recipe is perfect for Cinco de Mayo parties, Taco Tuesdays and anytime you want. A party favorite loaded with nutrition including an excellent source of fiber (29% DV), folate (25% DV), vitamin B5 (40% DV) and 20% DV of vitamins K, B3 and B6, along with a good source (15% DV) of potassium and vitamins C, E and B2.

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 2/3 cup diced tomato, seeded and well drained 1/2 cup chopped green onion 2 serrano chiles, stemmed and minced* 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, optional 1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
  1. Cut avocados into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Stir in lime juice.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with warm tortilla chips or on top of your favorite Cinco de Mayo party foods.
