California Avocado Grower for over 40 years.

Rob Brokaw is the owner of Brokaw Nursery, Inc. and can trace his lineage all the way back to Harold Brokaw, the Whittier nurseryman who propagated the Hass Avocado in 1935. He learned the business from his father, Hank, who developed clonal root rot-resistant trees. Rob continues to refine growing techniques to produce stronger, healthier trees and travels extensively, worldwide, to stay on top of industry trends and developments.
