The traditional mojito flavors of lime and mint take a fresh twist with the addition of California Avocado.

Ingredients

  • 32.00032 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 2.0002 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 8.0008 oz. lime juice
  • 1.0001 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 0.000 Crushed ice
  • 8.0008 oz. white rum
  • 8.0008 oz. club soda

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves in the bottom of tall “mojito” glasses. Top with powdered sugar, lime juice, and avocado. Using a muddler or a long fork, muddle the mixture together to mash the avocado and crush the lime leaves.
  2. Top with crushed ice, rum and club soda. Stir well and serve.
