Ingredients

  • 1.0001 small slice sourdough bread
  • 2.0002 tsp. Dijon mustard, optional
  • 0.250¼ ripe, Fresh California Avocado
  • 0.000 Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast bread as desired.
  2. Meanwhile, mash the avocado. Spread mustard on hot toast, then spread with the mashed avocado. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
