1 ripe Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes 1 cup diced grape tomatoes 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tbsp. Finely diced red onion 1/2 lime, juiced 1/8 tsp. chili powder As needed Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. In a large bowl, gently stir together the avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, lime juice and chili powder until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
