The traditional mojito flavors of lime and mint take a fresh twist with the addition of California Avocado.

ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into quarters

Instructions
- Place mint leaves in the bottom of tall “mojito” glasses. Top with powdered sugar, lime juice, and avocado. Using a muddler or a long fork, muddle the mixture together to mash the avocado and crush the lime leaves.
- Top with crushed ice, rum and club soda. Stir well and serve.
