Cumin, tomatoes and onion uncover the secret to classic guacamole. This simple guacamole is a low-sodium, zero cholesterol treat which is a good source (10% Daily Value or more) of dietary fiber (16% DV), vitamin C (15% DV), vitamin K and folate (10% DV).

2 ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tomato, finely chopped 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 3 drops hot pepper sauce
  1. Coarsely mash avocado with lemon and garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients to blend.

Serving Suggestion: For a healthier dish, serve with carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes or your favorite vegetables.

Beverage Pairing: Fresh ice tea or lemonade.
