4 California Avocados
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quarters if large
2 tsp. chopped, fresh thyme leaves
1 cup finely diced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
5 large cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Coarsely mash (DO NOT PUREE) California avocados; stir in lemon juice. Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve with shrimp, corn bread sticks, batter-fried oysters, celery sticks.
