AVOCADO ON TOAST

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, Fresh California Avocado on toast is a treat.
slices whole wheat bread, or your favorite bread
ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
Pinch of salt
- Toast bread.
- Top toast with avocado slices and mash lightly.
- Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
This simple treat is perfect on its own, or you can top with additional fruits, vegetables, breakfast meats or deli meats. Add a cooked egg and another slice of bread for a breakfast sandwich on the run.
Fresh juice, milk, coffee and tea all go well.
