Instructions
- Scoop out the avocados into a bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and mash.
- Combine with the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with 1 cup raw vegetables for 1 vegetable exchange. Use to prepare California Tuna Sandwich. Use as a spread on bread or rolls in place of margarine or mayonnaise.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
