Alex’s Story

Owner of a 16-acre grove and a soon-to-be restaurateur. Excited to offer patrons the opportunity to try California Avocado varieties that aren’t typically found in stores. Also plans on debuting stuffed “avocados on the half shell” as his signature dish. Believes it’s important to teach his kids that food doesn’t magically appear on the table. Has an immense appreciation for the land and a sense of responsibility to protect it.
